We’ve never done this before for anyone, but we felt so strongly about it this time that we had to do it.

You see, just a few months ago my wife Rebecca and I decided to sell our home. Unfortunately, we hired the wrong agent and after several VERY frustrating months our agreement with her expired without a sale of our home. There was a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, however. We decided to do it right the second time around and contacted several Real Estate Companies. We figured that hiring an agent should be treated with the same care as hiring any other professional. What we found out is 3% of the Agents do about 97% of the business. It doesn’t matter whether the market is hot or cold. This top 3% are always performing high above the crowd of others.
